What happens if I received a damaged item?

Is my damaged item – return/exchange free of charge?
Yes. We will also cover the shipping fee for defect or wrong item.
Can I exchange/return without a reason?
We as a GUPPIER always make sure to provide you better service with better experience. However, if the second party could not provide us a solid reason, we fully keep right to reject the product return/exchange request. Please make sure before placing an order to avoid any mishaps.
